I have not pulled off the goal of running 4 - 5 days a week like I had hoped to. I have, however, continued to run regardless of not achieving a perfect streak. On Sunday I ran 7 miles at a 10:30 pace, the longest I’ve run since 2016.
In the end, no one is harmed (except me, I guess) by my failure to hit the mark. I have noticed that my perspective is still healthy on this. It’s easier for me to just go run when I have the opportunity. Until this point, getting myself out the door has been very challenging. I think I am making legit progress, and I’m proud of that.
